In order to attach brass keys (non-magnetic) to screws, nails, iron beams or pipes, drill a whole of 6 or 8 mm diameter into the key. Then put a suitable magnet into the whole, in this case a R-06-02-02-G ring magnet or a S-08-03-N disc magnet.
Now you can easily place keys in inconspicuous places and hide them from trespassers.
