I make the magnetic clasps for my necklaces myself. The clasps are made of art clay silver. This is a wet modelling clay that is burnt at approx. 800° and then looks like real silver.
The broad-band finger ring is the template for these clasps. A slide rule proves handy for defining the right tube diameter. After the burning, the S-08-03-N disc magnets and the crocheted tube chain are glued in with UHU MAX REPAIR.
