How strong is an N52 neodymium magnet?

That depends entirely on the dimensions of the magnet. The easiest way to illustrate the strength of N52 magnets is to directly compare magnets of the same size. We consider an N42 magnetisation as standard magnetisation. For example, our disc magnet S-10-03-N, with N42 magnetisation, a diameter of 10 mm and a height of 3 mm, has an adhesive force of approx. 1,8 kg. In comparison, the same magnet S-10-03-N52N with N52 magnetisation has an adhesive force of approx. 2,3 kg.

The smallest N52 magnet in our online shop is S-2.5-01-N52N. With a diameter of 2,5 mm and a height of 1 mm, this neodymium disc magnet has an adhesive force of 160 g. Our strongest N52 magnet is the block magnet Q-30-12-12-Z. With dimensions of 30 x 12 x 12 mm, it boasts an impressive adhesive force of 9,4 kg.
